These Terms & Conditions govern your use of takabate. Please read them carefully before registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on takabate, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
takabate reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to each user. Any material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.
1.1 Contractual Capacity
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are using takabate on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
1.2 Jurisdiction
takabate is operated as an English-language platform serving players in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform from any location, you take full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your country or region before participating.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
takabate is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Minors are prohibited from using any part of the platform, including browsing game content.
2.1 Age Verification
takabate implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires age verification for all registered accounts. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents as proof of age and identity:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid passport (any nationality)
- Driving licence (Bangladesh)
Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending successful identity verification.
2.2 Residency & Access
The platform is designed and optimised for players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using takabate is lawful in your country of residence and at your physical location at the time of play.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on takabate. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of features on takabate — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, and casino games — you must first register a personal account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information.
3.1 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. takabate reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during your relationship with the platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
- Create a strong password that is unique to your takabate account
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
- Never share your login credentials with any third party
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
- Notify takabate support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
takabate will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from takabate that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at support@takabate.
3.3 Account Activity Responsibility
You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it, except in cases where you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access in accordance with clause 3.2 above. takabate shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 KYC and Identity Verification
takabate operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. We reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: at the time of first withdrawal, when account activity appears unusual, or when required by our internal risk and compliance processes. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Deposits & Withdrawals
takabate supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted on takabate:

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard at the time of transaction. takabate reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your takabate account balance instantly upon confirmation by the relevant mobile money network. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect. takabate is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawals are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. takabate reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, in accordance with our anti-money laundering procedures.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
takabate is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. All financial transactions on the platform are monitored. Any account suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be immediately suspended, and relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities. Deposits to takabate must represent funds derived from legitimate personal income or savings.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
From time to time, takabate offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms specified at the point of offer.
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria outlined in each promotion. takabate reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated. One bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method applies unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotional terms at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified:
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus
- Bets placed on different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements
- Bets placed with real-money funds count toward wagering requirements before bonus funds
- Bonus funds not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically
5.3 Bonus Abuse
takabate reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where we reasonably suspect that a player has attempted to abuse a promotional offer, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
5.4 Changes to Promotions
takabate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes to that specific offer unless fraud or abuse is involved.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of takabate, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Registering or operating more than one account on the platform
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes
- Depositing funds derived from unlawful sources or using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any aspect of the platform's software or systems
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or takabate staff
- Exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them to the support team
- Acting in any manner that could damage the reputation or operations of takabate
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances. takabate reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
Account Suspension & Closure
takabate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Account inactivity (no login or transaction for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months)
- Self-exclusion request initiated by the account holder
- Identification of a duplicate account
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your takabate account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request self-exclusion, which will immediately disable access to the platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay upon contact with the support team. 7.3 Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. takabate may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier section. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance after the deduction of applicable inactivity fees will remain accessible upon reactivation of the account following successful login and identity re-verification.
Limitation of Liability
takabate provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.
8.1 No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takabate disclaims all express and implied warranties with respect to the platform and its content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that it will operate error-free or without interruption.
8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
Under no circumstances shall takabate, its directors, employees, agents, or technology partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
8.3 Force Majeure
takabate shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, power outages, cyber attacks, or any other event that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented.
8.4 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes on takabate are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. takabate is not responsible for outcomes generated by these systems beyond ensuring that certified, unmodified game software is deployed on the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server logs and RNG records shall be treated as the definitive record.
8.5 Maximum Liability Cap
In any event where takabate is found to be liable to a player, the total aggregate liability of takabate shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.6 Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation, the English-language version of these terms shall govern.
8.7 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
8.8 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and takabate with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and takabate.
